2022年3月に教育用計算機システムの契約更新が行われます．現在の教育用計算機システムの一部の機能についてはサービスを終了し，代替サービスを提供する予定で整備を進めております．現時点での予定は下記のとおりです．なお，整備方針が確定し，次期システムの内容についてご説明できるタイミングになりましたら，学内向けにオンライン説明会を開催する予定です．

【更新内容の概要】

• 現行システムは，2022年2月末まで利用できます．
• 新システムは，2022年3月から利用できます．
• 新システムには現行システムを継続利用できるものも含まれます．詳しくは以下をご確認ください．

【継続／更新されるサービスについて】

• M2B学習支援システム
  • Moodle：引き続きご利用いただけます．
  • Mahara：サービスを終了します．Moodleに日誌を記入するプラグインを導入する予定です．2022年3月以降はMaharaを利用できなくなりますので，必要な方はこれまでのデータの保管をお願いします．
  • BookQ：2022年3月以降はBookQに替わる新しいデジタル教材配信システムの導入に向けて準備を進めております．2022年2月末までに登録された教材については，2022年3月以降もしばらく（1年程度の予定）はお使いいただけるできるようにBookQのサービスも継続します．
    12月を目処に学内向けオンライン説明会の開催を予定しております．
• プログラミング学習環境
  • 引き続きご利用いただけます．
• 仮想マシン管理システム「QUEENS」
  • 仮想Windows環境：引き続きご利用いただけます．
  • 仮想Linux環境：サービスを終了します．2022年3月以降はプログラミング学習環境（Linux環境）をご利用ください．現在の仮想Linux環境に搭載されている処理系などはプログラミング学習環境にも搭載されております．2022年3月以降は仮想Linux環境を利用できなくなりますので，現在お使いの環境内のデータ等は各自で保存をお願いします．

Learning Analytics Center
Education Infrastructure, Information Infrastructure Initiative

The contract for the educational computing system will be renewed in March 2022. Some functions of the current system will be discontinued, and preparations are underway to provide alternative services. The current plan is as follows. Once the system configuration is finalized and we are ready to explain the new system, we plan to hold an online briefing session for university members.

[Summary of Updates]

• The current system will be available until the end of February 2022.
• The new system will be available from March 2022.
• The new system contains components that allow continued use of the current system. Please refer to the following for details.

[Services to be Continued/Updated]

• M2B Learning Support System
  • Moodle: Will continue to be available.
  • Mahara: Will be discontinued. A plugin for journaling in Moodle is planned. Mahara will no longer be available after March 2022, so please back up any necessary data.
  • BookQ: A new digital teaching material distribution system is being prepared to replace BookQ starting in March 2022. To ensure that materials registered in BookQ by the end of February 2022 remain available for about one year from March 2022, the BookQ service will continue to be provided.
    An online briefing session for university members is planned around December.
• Programming Learning Environment
  • Will continue to be available.
• Virtual Machine Management System "QUEENS"
  • Virtual Windows Environment: Will continue to be available.
  • Virtual Linux Environment: Will be discontinued. Please use the Programming Learning Environment (Linux) from March 2022. The programming learning environment also includes the language processors currently available in the virtual Linux environment. Since the virtual Linux environment will no longer be available after March 2022, please make sure to back up any data stored in your current environment.
